Job summary

Ringway London is seeking an organised Scheduler based in Gloucester to coordinate daily inspection routes and respond to public enquiries. The role focuses on ensuring critical activities are delivered on time, with full training provided, including industry-specific development.

You will manage workloads, adjust schedules for leave and priorities, and support the safety team with administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records using Excel. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• We welcome candidates from a wide range of industries; scheduling experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience with administrative or office-based tasks is valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organisational skills are required

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily inspection routes and respond to public enquiries.
• Coordinate workloads to meet KPI targets and deadlines.
• Adjust schedules for annual leave, sickness, and priorities.
• Maintain long-term inspection plans and schedules.
• Monitor route completion and performance against requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the safety team.
• Coordinate vehicle communications (MOTs, servicing, fleet updates).
• Maintain records and spreadsheets in Excel.
• Liaise with inspectors and operations for smooth delivery.
