Ringway in Gloucester is seeking an organised Scheduler to support our highways safety team. You will coordinate daily inspection routes, manage workloads, and adjust schedules in response to leave and priorities.

The role requires strong administration and Excel proficiency, with training provided for industry specifics. Based in a busy, fast-paced environment, you will liaise with inspectors and operations to ensure timely service delivery and KPI achievement.

Qualificações

• Previous scheduling experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Transferable skills from administration, coordination, planning or customer support are welcomed.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule daily inspection routes and public enquiries for Safety Inspectors.
• Coordinate workloads to meet KPI targets and service deadlines.
• Adjust schedules for annual leave, sickness, and priorities.
• Maintain long-term inspection plans and schedules.
• Monitor route completion and performance against service requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the safety team.
• Coordinate vehicle communications (MOTs, servicing, fleet updates).
• Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets using Excel.
• Liaise with inspectors and teams for smooth day-to-day delivery.
