Job summary

Blast Off Bay in Thurrock is seeking a positive Front Desk Associate to join our health and fitness team. You will greet members, answer questions, resolve issues, and perform administrative duties while creating exceptional experiences.

Preference given to those who can work early mornings or mid day shifts. You are the face of the gym, ensuring friendly service, guiding tours, and helping maintain clean, safe facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide a high level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues
• Handle front desk activities including answering phones and checking-in members
• Take prospective members on tours of the facility
• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed
• Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
