• Support the retail counter to keep branch standards best in class for customer experience.
• Deliver a customer-first service through managing pick to manifest times and meeting SLAs.
• Support the branch with deliveries when required to enable growth through excellent service and SLAs.
• Ensure best-in-class service is delivered at all times to cement customer excellence.
