BP is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our retail team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, serving customers and supporting food and drink offerings at the Wild Bean Café, while upholding bp’s safety and service standards.

You don’t need prior retail experience; comprehensive online and on-the-job training will help you develop essential customer service skills and teamwork. Flexible hours and benefits are part of the role.

• No formal retail experience required; online and on-the-job training provided to develop customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock tasks.
• Support bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
