bp is hiring a temporary customer service assistant for an initial 6 week contract based at bp retail. You will join a fast-paced team, receive online and on-the-job training, and help deliver excellent customer service in store operations including the Wild Bean Café.

Qualifications

• Shows passion for customer service and works well in a fast-paced retail environment.
• No prior retail experience required; training provided to develop necessary skills at bp.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer safety and bp policies are followed.
• Serve customers efficiently to meet needs promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drink items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries, replenish stock and perform stock management tasks.
• Promote bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
