Job summary

SCR is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers to provide high-quality care to vulnerable children in various residential care settings across the region. You will help children feel safe, supported and valued while working on flexible agency shifts.

The role involves day-to-day care, building trusting relationships, and supporting routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing. You will need to stay calm under pressure, adhere to care plans and boundaries, and be reliable and adaptable
