SCR is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers for flexible agency roles across a range of children’s residential care settings. You will provide day-to-day care, build trusting relationships and support routines while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

You may work with young people who have trauma histories and challenging behaviours, autism or additional needs. The role offers varied shifts, weekends and sleep-ins, with a dedicated recruitment team supporting your placements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience caring for children or young people in residential settings (min 6 months).
• Valid UK driving licence.
• 21 years or older.
• Able to work long day shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Commitment to safeguarding vulnerable children.
