Job summary

Break Charity is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Mundesley with a focus on supporting children and young people in care. This on-site, part-time permanent role offers meaningful, flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to develop through funded qualifications and a strong support network.

You’ll work with a dedicated team to help young people feel safe and understood, building confidence and independence in a nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• Be flexible to bank/relief hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Complete Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 24 months and Break will fund it.
• A full UK driving licence is essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Support young people to try new experiences, develop their interests and independence.
• Provide a nurturing environment with patience, empathy and consistency.
• Work with a team and Break's therapeutic services to support each young person.
