Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to help maintain stability for children and young people in a residential setting in Port Glasgow. You will step in across shifts, adapt quickly, and deliver consistent care while upholding professional boundaries.

You will need experience with vulnerable groups, be flexible, organised, and hold or work towards an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3, plus a full manual driving licence. PVG and SSSC registration are required.
