Job summary

CrossReach is seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to provide consistent care in a residential setting for children and young people in Port Glasgow. You’ll adapt quickly, maintain routines, and work with colleagues to ensure safe, supportive care.

Applicants will have experience with vulnerable individuals, be able to build rapport while upholding professional boundaries, and hold or work towards an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3, plus a full driving licence; PVG and SSSC registration are

• Experience supporting children, young people or vulnerable individuals.
• Organised, dependable, able to adapt to different environments.
• Comfortable with a range of behaviours and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Hold or be working towards HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3, with a full driving licence.
