Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as an RN.
• At least 6 months post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting in the last 3 years.
• Warm, empathetic approach and passion for person-centred care.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and work independently.
• Ability to understand English to follow care plans and communicate.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality nursing care to service users in line with their care plans.
• Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support clinical tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure best outcomes.
• Uphold patient safety, dignity and respect.
