Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 6 months of post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting in the last 3 years.
• A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care.
• The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently.
• Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans.
• Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks.
