Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting a Community Nurse in Glasgow to deliver personalised nursing care to patients in their homes, maintaining high clinical standards outside hospital settings. You will work Monday to Friday with no nights, supported by an experienced clinical team.

The role offers up to £39,000 DOE plus a company car or car allowance, 33 days leave, NMC fees paid, pension, and continual professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in an acute hospital, community or other clinical setting.
• Confident clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, effective nursing care to patients in the community
• Carrying out clinical assessments and developing individualised care plans
• Administering prescribed treatments and monitoring patient progress
• Identifying changes in patients' conditions and escalating concerns appropriately
• Providing clinical advice, education and reassurance to patients and families
• Working closely with GPs, hospital teams and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring high standards of patient safety
