Job summary

Plan B Healthcare Ltd is seeking experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to provide flexible, temporary nursing work across Scotland. Earn £25.00–£31.00 per hour with regular shifts in diverse healthcare settings, supported by a dedicated compliance and recruitment team.

Ideal candidates hold current NMC registration, a valid PIN for at least 6 months, and UK hospital experience. Right to work in the UK without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration as an RGN.
• NMC PIN held for a minimum of 6 months.
• Minimum 6 months' UK hospital nursing experience.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Valid and up-to-date compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in line with clinical standards and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans and monitor progress.
• Administer medications, treatments and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patients and escalate changes or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
