Job summary

BHRUT is recruiting a Quality Systems Support Officer to help maintain and develop the Trust's quality and risk management system (Safeguard/Ulysses) and to support governance, reporting and assurance across the Trust.

Based in Romford, you will work with Clinical Groups and Corporate Teams, providing system support, data requests, and development of dashboards to improve access to quality and risk information for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Qualification at Degree level or equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience.
• Knowledge and experience of Word, Excel, Outlook, IT software management programmes and databases.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Systems Manager in updating the risk management system.
• Provide ad hoc requests for reports and information, advice or assistance on systems-related issues.
• Undertake administration tasks to support the team and governance processes.
• Respond to data requests, produce and interpret high-quality information, and support dashboards and tools.
