Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a qualified Secondary Supply Teacher (QTS) for flexible, day-to-day positions in Swindon. Join our pool to teach across secondary schools with zero planning or marking, and enjoy a predictable end to your day.

Roles offer competitive daily rates between £130 and £160, paid weekly, with flexible days to suit part-time preferences and other commitments. You must have QTS and the legal right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is essential.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to apply) and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across various secondary subjects in Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Maintain a positive, productive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
• Ensure student safety and support during lesson times, keeping students focused.
• Leave detailed feedback for returning subject teachers at the end of the day.
