Randstad Education is recruiting Qualified Secondary Supply Teachers (QTS) for flexible day-to-day work in Swindon. Teachers will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive classroom environment, and provide feedback to subject teachers at day’s end.

Ideal candidates hold QTS or equivalent, have strong classroom management, and can work across various secondary subjects in KS3/KS4. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and UK work rights are required.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability to new school environments.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Must possess the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across various secondary subjects in Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Maintain a positive, productive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Ensure student safety and support during lesson times, keeping them focused and on task.
• Leave detailed feedback for returning subject teachers at the end of the school day.
