Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across designated areas. Visits are anonymous and observational only. You will never be required to test, challenge, judge or interact with venue staff as part of the role.

This is a part-time, flexible role ideal to fit around work, education, family commitments or retirement. You decide which opportunities to accept based on location and availability.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area.
