Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues for a leading media research client. You will visit venues within a designated area, perform simple observations, and report back using our online system.

Visits are anonymous and observational only, with no interaction with staff required. This is a part-time, flexible role, project-based, and suitable to fit around other work or commitments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to visit multiple venues within allocated time windows.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a designated area.
• Complete visits during allocated time windows.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
• Record findings through the online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
