Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. This part-time role fits around other commitments, with visits scheduled in your local area and reports submitted via an online system.

You will work on a flexible basis, choosing opportunities that suit your location and availability. Training and support are provided by Area Managers to ensure you can start quickly.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, clubs and hospitality venues within a defined area.
• Complete visits during allocated time windows.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
• Record findings using the online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance when required.
• Route planning and visiting multiple venues within a single area.
