Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK on behalf of a leading media research client.

As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system. These visits are anonymous and observational only, with no direct staff interaction required.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a designated area.
• Complete visits during an allocated time window.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
• Record findings through our online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes include several venues in the same area; more venues may be visited when possible.
