Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK on behalf of a leading media research client.

As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, perform a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system. Visits are anonymous and observational only, with no direct interaction with staff. This part-time, flexible role fits around other commitments.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and venues in a designated area.
• Complete visits within allocated time window.
• Record observations in online system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Route may include multiple venues in same area.
• Aim to visit as many venues as possible.
