Flexible Pub & Bar Auditor – Part-Time, Earn Per Visit

Job summary

Serve Legal are recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, complete a small number of observations, and report back using our online system.

These visits are anonymous and observational only. You will never be required to test, challenge, judge or interact with venue staff as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area. Auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window, however we understand that not every venue will always be reached.
