Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. In the PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, perform simple observations and report findings online.

Visits are anonymous, non-intrusive, and staff interaction is not required. The role is flexible and project-based, ideal to fit around other work or commitments. You will use your own vehicle and a smartphone, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
