Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support Inspire Multi Academy Trust schools across South Wakefield. This role is suitable for individuals who can work with pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and is ideal for flexible supply work or long-term opportunities within a supportive Trust. Location: South Wakefield.

Start Date: ASAP. You will provide classroom support, work 1:1 or with small groups, help manage behaviour and foster an inclusive learning environment in collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Strong communication and behaviour management.
• A proactive, supportive approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning
• Assist with behaviour management and pupil engagement
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Follow teacher guidance and adapt support to pupil needs
