Job summary

Academics in Keighley is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to support partner schools in and around Keighley, across mainstream and SEN settings. This role offers flexible daily supply, with opportunities for longer-term or permanent positions and the chance to gain experience across local schools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a primary school, be capable of supporting pupils across EYFS to KS2, and be confident in helping with pupil development.

Qualifications

• Have experience working within a primary school setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs/SEN is beneficial.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS, or are willing to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as needed.
• Assist learning and pupil development in partnership schools.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Be reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic in a flexible supply environment.
