Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting in the UK.
• Positive, patient and adaptable approach to learning support.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work in different schools and year groups.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Assist class teachers with learning activities, ensuring all pupils are engaged and supported.
• Provide 1:1 or small group interventions where needed.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children with additional needs to access learning effectively.
