Job summary

Teaching Personnel are recruiting Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to work across Blackpool, Fleetwood, Thornton-Cleveleys, Poulton-le-Fylde, Lytham St Annes and surrounding areas in Lancashire. Roles include one-to-one and small group support, assisting teachers and helping pupils achieve their goals in friendly primary settings.

Opportunities range from full-time to part-time with weekly PAYE pay, CPD access and ongoing consultant support to help you secure permanent roles in

Qualifications

• Previous experience in schools or care settings is preferred.
• SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
• Patience and a positive attitude are essential.
• Excellent communication with pupils, staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Assist the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
• Help pupils achieve academic, social and emotional goals.
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN.
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning.
• Contribute to a safe, supportive classroom environment.
