Job summary

Aspire People is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers for Northampton and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible daily supply and longer-term placements across a range of primary schools, with typical hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm and a requirement for QTS.

You'll gain varied classroom experience, adapt to different school environments and contribute to pupils' learning while maintaining high standards of safeguarding and behaviour management.

Qualifications

• QTS is essential and must be held.
• Experience teaching in a primary school.
• Confident classroom management.
• Ability to teach across different year groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school plans and curriculum requirements.
• Maintain a positive, safe and well-managed classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different pupils and year groups.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and behaviour management expectations.
• Support pupils' progress, learning and development.
