Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment actively recruits enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work in welcoming primary schools across Nottingham and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons, and manage behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.

We offer flexible assignments—day-to-day, short-term, and long-term—with competitive daily rates.

Qualifications

• QTS in the UK
• Experience teaching EYFS/KS1/KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• Flexible, proactive approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence working in different school environments
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply
• ECTs encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, KS2
• Follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse pupil needs
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Ensure safeguarding and school policies are adhered to
