Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking qualified primary teachers to join our supply team in and around Bolton. The role offers flexible day-to-day bookings and longer placements, with opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

As a supply teacher you will follow existing lesson plans where provided, maintain routines and ensure pupils stay engaged throughout the day. A reliable, adaptable and professional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification required.
• Recent experience in a primary school setting preferred.
• Strong classroom management and good communication skills essential.
• Flexible and professional approach to supply teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach across primary key stages as required by assignments.
• Deliver lessons aligned with school planning and resources.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt activities to meet pupil needs and maintain engagement throughout the day.
• Liaise with school staff at the start and end of each assignment and provide feedback.
