Aspire People are currently recruiting for Supply Teachers to work across Primary and SEN settings in St Albans and surrounding areas. This flexible role offers day-to-day, regular weekly, and longer-term supply opportunities to suit your availability.

You'll deliver lessons, follow plans, manage behaviours, and support pupils with diverse needs, collaborating with teaching assistants and school leaders to provide continuity in learning.

Qualifications

• Qualified teachers with QTS and primary experience.
• Experience in SEN/SEND settings is desirable.
• Unqualified teachers must have 12 months UK teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons following existing plans.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently.
