Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting flexible Supply Teachers to work across Barnet and the surrounding areas, covering Primary, Secondary and SEN settings.

You will deliver engaging lessons, follow school plans, manage classrooms and support pupils with diverse learning needs while adhering to safeguarding standards. Roles include daily supply, short-term and longer-term placements with various schools through Aspire People’s education consultant support.

Qualifications

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification/experience.
• Recent experience working in an educational setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
• Commitment.
