Job summary

Qualifications

Flexible to changing daily needs and hours.
Have a driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

Support and/or prompt with personal care (toileting, showering, getting dressed).
Assist with cooking/meal preparation and eating.
Support and/or prompt with taking medication.
Help with household chores and general homemaking.
Attend appointments with the individual as needed (hospital/doctor).
Assist with travel to school/work/college/social activities.
Support participation in sports and leisure activities.
Encourage socialisation and independence, building confidence.
Develop a trusting one-to-one working relationship.
