Morgan & Mallet International seeks an exceptional Personal Assistant in London to support a renowned music artist. The role is part-time on a consultancy basis, with significant flexibility over days and hours, and includes extensive travel.

You will manage correspondence, diary, travel logistics, and coordination with the manager and team, while anticipating needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Based in London or Greater London with right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role supporting an artist, public figure, or UHNWI.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
• Highly autonomous with a strong ability to anticipate needs.

Responsibilities

• Management of all correspondence: calls, emails, and post.
• Diary management and appointment scheduling
• Setting reminders for meetings, commitments, and key tasks
• Organisation of all travel and logistics
• Attendance at shoots, concerts, and professional engagements; coordination of outfits, luggage, and on-site logistics
• Liaison with other team members and external contacts (clients, manager, suppliers)
• Preparation of expense reports and administrative filing
• Versatile support across all ad hoc tasks
