Responsibilities

• Assist the driver to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
• Help passengers board and alight, including those with disabilities.
• Monitor and supervise passengers during transit and welfare.
• Assist with operating passenger lift or equipment as required.
• Secure wheelchairs with belts or securing equipment.
• Communicate with passengers in a patient, informative manner.
• Report late running and incidents per depot processes.
• Keep the allocated vehicle secure during use.
• Ensure communication equipment is used correctly for safe operation.
