Listers Group Limited is recruiting a Vehicle Sales Administrator for our Lexus Dealership in Cheltenham. This role supports the retail sales team with timely, accurate paperwork and order processing. The position is 24 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm with flexibility on days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in vehicle sales administration is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and strong administrative skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to submit paperwork accurately.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle orders and manage paperwork with sales team.
• Tax vehicles, collate finance paperwork, and track orders.
• Coordinate between customers and internal departments to meet requirements.
• Prioritise workload and manage a heavy workload.
