Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to observe venues such as pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a media research client. You will operate in a designated area, complete quick visits and report findings via our online system. No staff interaction is required and previous experience is not necessary.

This part-time, flexible role fits around other commitments. You choose which opportunities to take, with travel expenses covered where applicable and pay per completed visit.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area; auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window, however not every venue will always be reached.
