Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client. As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system.

These visits are anonymous and observational only, with no staff interaction required. This is a part-time, flexible role that fits around other work, studies or family commitments.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Auditors visit multiple venues in a local area and work around the allocated time window.
