Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. You will visit venues in a designated area, complete short visits, and report findings via our online system. Roles are part-time and flexible, ideal to fit around other commitments, with support from Area Managers.

Auditors are paid per completed visit, with travel expenses covered in addition to audit fees. No staff interaction with venue staff is required.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Smartphone with internet access.
Comfortable working independently.
Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
Completing visits during an allocated time window.
Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
Recording findings through our online reporting system.
Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area.
Auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window, however we understand that not every venue will always be reached.
