Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues for a leading media research client. You will visit venues within a designated area, complete quick observations, and report findings via our online system.

Roles are anonymous and no interaction with staff is required. This is a part-time, flexible position designed to fit around other work or commitments, with work allocated on a project basis across the UK.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area.
• Auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window, however we understand that not every venue will always be reached.
