Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. This part-time, flexible role fits around other work or commitments. You will visit venues in a local area, complete a small number of observations, and report findings through our online system.

No interaction with staff is required and training is provided. Visits are paid per completed visit with travel expenses reimbursed; routes are designed to maximise convenience

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area. Auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window, however we understand that not every venue will always be reached.
