Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to observe venues across pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues in the UK. In the PubTV team, you will visit a local area, complete a small number of observations, and report online. Visits are anonymous and observational only, never involving interaction with staff.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and venues within a defined area.
• Completing visits within an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations per project requirements.
• Recording findings through the online reporting system.
• Providing basic attendance evidence when required.
• Routes cover several venues; you may visit many if time allows.
