Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting for an In-Person Mystery Shopper (ID testing) with flex hours. You will visit a variety of sites across the UK, make a specific purchase, and report whether ID was requested during the transaction.

The role is part-time and flexible, paid per audit at a Real Living Wage level, with batches of nearby audits allocated by Area Managers to fit around other commitments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18–19 for age-verification audits.
• Excellent reporting and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more.
• Report back on the shopping experience and whether ID was requested.
