Serve Legal is seeking an In-Person Mystery Shopper to conduct ID-testing audits across the UK, reporting on the customer experience after making a purchase. This is a part-time, flexible role designed to fit around other work or education. Audits are allocated in nearby batches and travel is coordinated by Area Managers.

Qualifications

• Age restrictions allow applicants from 16 years; age-verification audits require 18–19 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at diverse sites (supermarkets, retailers, betting shops, etc.) by making a specific purchase and reporting on the experience.
• Provide feedback on whether ID was requested during age-restricted product purchases.
• Report findings to Area Managers and contribute to ensuring compliance auditing.
