Qualifications

• Role is part-time and flexible to fit around education or other work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mystery shopper/audit visits at a range of sites across the UK and Ireland.
• Report on the customer experience, including whether ID checks were performed.
• Coordinate with Area Managers to receive suitable audits and times.
