UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a Care Assistant on a part-time basis to support a female client in Leeds with learning difficulties and multiple health conditions. Flexible hours include Mon-Fri daytime and Sat/Sun shifts, with driving to accompany to appointments and community activities.

The role focuses on enhancing independence, communication, and social participation while ensuring safety and privacy. Training and a trial period are available.

Qualificações

• Must drive and have access to own car.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Patient, calm, and respectful.
• Friendly, reliable, and organised.
• Confident supporting someone 1:1 in home and community.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily activities and help access the community.
• Assist with communication tasks; reading paperwork and managing notes.
• Provide companionship and social support to improve independence.
• Encourage independence during outings and social activities.
• Report any changes or concerns to the supervising team.
