Job summary

You will assist with daily tasks such as laundry, shopping, and appointments, while promoting safety and independence. A patient, supportive approach is essential due to autism and learning disability, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with patience and understanding around autism and learning disability.
• Ability to manage finances, read materials, and assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation and domestic care.
• Support to remain independent and engage in social/leisure activities.
• Training in Food Hygiene and Autism/Aspergers.
• Safe administration of medication.
