Bauer Media Outdoor UK is hiring for a Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) to manage dedicated posting and cleaning rounds in the Birmingham and Leicester areas. The role involves outdoor work, is full‑time and requires self‑management of a 1-week posting / 1-week cleaning cycle, with a fully expensed company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence with no more than 3 points.
• Full‑time role working outdoors.
• Experience driving medium sized vans is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Post adverts to a high standard in the Birmingham and Leicester areas.
• Cleaning and maintenance of bus shelters as part of the round.
• Work alone with a company van and manage weekly 1 week posting / 1 week cleaning rhythm.
